你可以通过更改注册表消除延时：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER------>ControlPanel------>PhoneNetSelMode------>Timeout
change the value from 3000 to 0, the delay is than gone.
Reboten,Done.
把值从3000改为0，延时就没有了。重启，完成。

HKEY_CURRENT_USER------>ControlPanel------->Sounds------Ringtone0----->Script
change the value av0pw3r to av0pw0r the delay is than gone but if you change ringtone you have to do it again.
把值从 avpw3r 改为 avpw0r，延时就没有了，但如果一旦你更改了铃声，则需要再修改一次注册表。
另外从国外论坛上找到一个CAB版的消除延时的软件，大家自行决定使用与否。请修改安装的同志说说效果
